MODEL PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU KERIPIK SINGKONG DI UMKM BAPAK ENENG MENGGUNAKAN SISTEM DINAMIK

UMKM Keripik Singkong Bapak Eneng sells various snack products that apply the make-to-stock production process. In the supply of cassava raw materials, there is a relationship between variables in the system that affect each other. With the relationship between variables in the system, it is proposed that a dynamic system model of the cassava raw material supply system be created. With dynamic system modelling, business owners can find out the relationships and values of variables in the raw material inventory system, which can be used to support effective and efficient inventory control to meet consumer demand. The study aimed to determine the relationship between variables and model the cassava raw material inventory system using a dynamic system to predict the amount of month-end inventory for six months (July-December 2023). The method used is a dynamic system simulation with the help of Powersim software. The results show that the relationship between the raw material purchase variable and the raw material inventory variable has a positive effect. The relationship between the raw material inventory variable has a negative effect on the raw material purchase variable. The variables of raw material costs and chip production positively affect the purchase of raw materials. Raw material price variables and lead time have a negative effect on raw material purchase variables. The results of the simulation for the next six months can show that the predicted number of final supplies of cassava raw materials for the next six months of July-December 2023 is 600Kg, 80 Kg, 530.67Kg, 140.09Kg, 478.59Kg and 185.22 Kg. Based on the simulation results, it can be seen that the six-month inventory produces different values; this is influenced by other variables such as the amount of raw material purchased, raw material cost, lead time and daily production. With the simulation results in predicting the amount of inventory at the end of the period, it is hoped that UMKM can use the simulation results as a reference to determine the number of raw material purchases and chip production.
UMKM Keripik Singkong Bapak Eneng menjual berbagai produk makanan ringan yang menerapkan proses produksi make to stock. Dalam persediaan bahan baku singkong terdapat hubungan antar variabel di dalam sistem yang saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain. Dengan adanya hubungan antar variabel didalam sistem, diusulkan untuk membuat model sistem dinamik dari sistem persediaan bahan baku singkong. Dengan pemodelan sistem dinamik, pemilik usaha dapat mengetahui hubungan dan nilai variabel di dalam sistem persediaan bahan baku, serta dapat dijadikan sebagai pendukung pengendalian persediaan yang efektif dan efisien untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel dan memodelkan sistem persediaan bahan baku singkong menggunakan sistem dinamik untuk memprediksi jumlah persediaan akhir bulan selama enam bulan (Juli-desember 2023). Metode yang digunakan yaitu simulasi sitem dinamik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak powersim. Hasil yang didapat adalah hubungan variabel pembelian bahan baku berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel persediaan bahan baku, Hubungan variabel persediaan bahan baku berpengaruh negatif terhadap variabel pembelian bahan baku. Variabel biaya bahan baku dan produksi keripik berpengaruh positif terhadap pembelian bahan baku. Variabel harga bahan baku dan lead time berpengaruh negative terhadap variabel pembelian bahan baku. Hasil simulasi selama enam bulan kedepan dapat diketahui bahwa jumlah prediksi persediaan akhir bahan baku singkong enam bulan kedepan Juli-Desember 2023 yaitu 600Kg, 80 Kg, 530,67Kg, 140,09Kg, 478,59Kg dan 185,22 Kg. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi dapat dilihat bahwa jumlah persediaan selama enam bulan menghasilkan nilai yang berbeda hal ini dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya seperti jumlah pembelian bahan baku, biaya bahan baku, leadtime dan produksi harian. Dengan hasil simulasi berupa prediski jumlah persediaan akhir periode maka diharapkan UMKM dapat menjadikan hasil simulasi sebagai acuan untuk menentukan jumlah pembelian bahan baku dan produksi keripik.
