Article Pulication Charge

Unlike other journals, whose business model is based in making readers pay and therefore their contents are closed to the public, JISO is published on an open access basis, which allows authors reach a wider audience and foster the international and social impact of their contributions.

After the first publication in 2018 was free of charge, To make this open access policy sustainable, JISO does charge authors a fee per accepted article to be published. The fee will be destined to the editing and publication process of the article. since January 1st, 2021 the publication fee for each accepted article is IDR 200,000 with no submission fee.
