Abstract

Hotel merupakan tempat yang mengakomodasi pelayanan yang memprioritaskan kenyamanan dan keramahtamahan kepada tamu. Oleh karena itu, pemesanan kamar adalah salah satu aspek utama di hotel. Ada banyak sumber pemesanan, direct dan indirect distribution. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada indirect reservation melalui online travel agent yang akan berkaitan dengan online segment. Kontribusi online segment ini juga tidak lepas dari adanya promosi online yang dilakukan oleh hotel. Pembahasan akan mengikuti tujuan penelitian yaitu melihat kontribusi online segment terhadap tingkat hunian hotel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasilnya menunjukkan kontribusi online segment sebesar 30% dari total room night semua segment yang ada di Swiss-Belhotel Balikpapan
