Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

Guidelines for Author

  1. This article format is the main guidelines for authors, every manuscript must be accompanied by a cover letter declaring that it is not a duplicate publication. The manuscript submitted must be original and has never been published elsewhere.
  2. Manuscript accepted is written in Indonesian using Microsoft Word
  3. The article should be written in paper size A4, 1 space, double column, font type Cambria, font size 10pt, and margin 2 cm.
  4. Use the UCaiAJ guide of authors as a template and your guideline for preparing your papers (download)
  5. The manuscript must be in *.doc or *.rtf, and sent to the journal system via online submission by creating an account in this Open Journal System (OJS) [click REGISTER if you have not had any account yet, or click LOG IN if you have already had an account]

General Guidelines

  1. The title should be brief and be able to reflect the subject matter of the content of specific and effective writing. Informative titles consist of 5-12 words, contain the variables examined, and described the contents of the script. Does not contain mathematical formulas or abbreviations that are not raw. Titles in bold with capital letters in the Middle, with font Cambria 14 pt.
  2. The author's name is listed with no academic degree, with the name and address of the original institution (institution name, address, postal code, country name) and address of correspondence or e-mail. The author's name is placed below the title of the article with the bolded 11pts Cambria font.
  3. Abstract the abstract is written using the letter-size 10 Cambria, spaces 1, and with a length of text between 125-200 words. Abstract presented in a concise and clear about the problem, research objectives, research procedures and the results of the research are written in a concise, clear, complete and describe the essence of the whole writing
  4. Keyword reflects the concept contained related articles, straightforward, and informative. Load staple words consist of three of the seven words (written in alphabetic order)
  5. The introduction contains the background of the problem of rational research, or research context, grounding theory (literature review), and research purposes. All parts of the introduction were presented in the form of integrated paragraphs-paragraphs long with 15-20% the length of the article.
  6. The method used should be accompanied by references, relevant modification should be explained. Procedure and data analysis techniques should be emphasized in the literature review article. The result and discussion should be presented in the same part, clearly and briefly. The discussion part should contain the benefit of the research result, not the repeat result part. 
  7. The result and discussion part can be written in the same part to avoid the extensive quotation. 
  8. The conclusion of the research is presented briefly in the conclusion part.
  9. Reference in the article should cite the last name and year. An unpublished reference is not suggested to be cited in the article. Reference should be written according to the format of reference. This journal requires 80% of references cited from a national and international journal.
