PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR CITIZENSHIP (OCB) TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT LAZIZA CHICKEN & PIZZA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan OCB terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dilakukan pada 45 karyawan Laziza Chicken&Pizza di Sidoarjo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan menggunakan model analisis jalur (path analysis). Pengujian analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpegaruh positif terhadap OCB, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB, Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, OCB berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan.Downloads
